Hiring process
From CV to your first day
The process is short and clear. We let you know the outcome after every step.

Interview
A 30–40 minute conversation with an engineer about your experience, approach, and expectations.
Practical task
Depending on the role: a small configuration task, a network diagram, or a code sample.
Offer and probation
We agree on terms, sign the paperwork, and you join your first project alongside an experienced colleague.
