Intercom systems

Audio and video intercoms for apartment buildings, residential complexes, offices, and private homes. Entrance panel, apartment monitors, magnetic lock, and keys — we install the complete set. With IP intercoms the call goes straight to your smartphone and you can open the door from anywhere. We also replace legacy analog systems with modern digital ones.

What's included

  • Multi-tenant entrance panels
  • Video monitors and IP intercoms
  • Smartphone calls and remote unlock
  • Key, card, and code access
  • Integration with barriers and gate automation
  • Replacing legacy analog systems

The intercom is the first line of security for an apartment building or residential complex. We install the full kit: entrance panel, apartment monitors or handsets, magnetic lock, keys, and power supply.

We work with three system types. Digital intercoms — a two-wire bus, easy installation, video monitors and RFID keys. IP intercoms — the call goes to your smartphone, the door opens from anywhere, entry history is kept, one dashboard for the management company. We replace old coordinate intercoms with modern systems — often reusing existing cabling.

Courtyard cameras and a plate-recognition barrier are combined with the intercom into one system. We work under contract with the management company or homeowners' association and train them to manage the key database.
